POSTER SET-UP AND REQUIREMENTS:
All posters should be displayed during the whole duration of the symposium, from June 28th to 29th, 2012. For the display, posters should be set up onto the allocated boards at 8:00am - 8:30am on June 28th, and should be removed at the end of the symposium. Please, make sure to display your poster in the board that is labelled with your reference number.
Maximum poster size should be 80 cm (31.5 inches) width x 120 cm (47.24 inches) height in portrait orientation to fit in the available poster boards. Smaller sizes are also allowed. The organization of the meeting will provide all poster presenters with Adhesive Velcro dots, Blu-Tacks or push pins.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
Oral presentations have been scheduled for Thursday 28th from 15:00 to 16:00h.
The available time slot established for each accepted oral presentation is 6 min, including 4-5 min. for your talk and 1-2 min for questions and answers. We recommend you to prepare your presentation in PowerPoint format and to save it in a USB pen-drive or CD. A PC and a multimedia projector will be available in the meeting room. Please load your presentation in the computer of the meeting room with enough time, preferably during the lunchtime or during the coffee break.
Please be aware that the programme of the meeting is very tight, and it will be very important to use only the time that is established for each presentation. For that reason, control of the time used for each oral presentation will be essential for the good development of all sessions, and no exceptions will be allowed by the chairmen of each session.
